To ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all our guests, we kindly ask everyone visiting Phoenix Cinema to follow the guidelines below:

 Please have your ticket ready and be prepared to show it when asked by a member of our team.

  •  Abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We have zero tolerance for verbal abuse, including racist, homophobic, or discriminatory language.

  • Anyone who fails to follow these rules will be asked to leave the cinema immediately.
