Phoenix Cinema is looking for staff members with an active interest in independent world cinema, past and present. Please also indicate any bar, front-of-house, ticketing, management, sound/lighting or digital projection experience you have had.

We’re looking for talented people who have a passion for film, can provide exceptional customer experiences and who have the flexibility to work cinema hours. Positions will be part time basis and staff will be expected to work across all areas of the cinema.

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Duties:

Selling tickets and taking phone bookings

Making popcorn and cinema snacks

Serving drinks including making basic cocktails

Keeping the bar service area well stocked and maintained

Scanning tickets and ushering

Cleaning cinema

Hosting special events and private bookings

What we’re looking for:

A passion for film

An attitude that is positive, hardworking and adaptable

Previous experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential
