Ticket Terms & Conditions (Summary)
All tickets are sold subject to availability and include any applicable VAT.
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled by the cinema, customers are entitled to a refund or exchange.
Late admission may not be permitted once a film has started.
BBFC age classifications are strictly enforced. Valid ID may be required.
Disruptive, abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the cinema.
The cinema is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
