Booking Online

It is now possible to book tickets for the Phoenix online. The system is safe and secure, and a very quick and convenient way of buying your tickets.

Here're instructions to guide you through the booking process. You can click on each of the pictures to make them bigger.

Step 1 - What's Playing

This list shows all of the forthcoming films. To read more about a particular film, you can click for more details. Click on "BOOK NOW" to make your booking.

Step 2 - Choose Your Film

This screen shows all of the films and the times that you can book. Click on the time of the screening you would like to book tickets for.

Step 3 - Choose Your Tickets

Type in how many tickets you would like at the appropriate price. Click "Add Tickets" when you're done.

Step 4 - Enter Your Details

Enter your name, address and card details on this page. Ensure that your phone number and your card number do not have any spaces. Click "Charge My Card" when you're done.

Step 5 - Confirm your booking

On this confirmation screen, click "Proceed". It may take up to one minute to process your booking, depending on how busy the system is and the speed of your internet connection.

When your booking is confirmed, please bring your debit/credit card to the cinema to collect your tickets from the Box Office. This system does not send email confirmations.
