Steel Rods

A large truck lifts steel rods into the building. The steels are intended for supporting the changes being made to the structure, including the new balcony.

Steel beams rest on the scaffold, partially installed into the new cafe space.

The steel support for the balcony is cantilevered through the main building. A large cement floor, itself strengthened with steel, forms the support for the steel beams.
